Rockville resident Brooke Chambers, 30, has been charged with theft and credit card-related offenses following an incident in July at Silo Falls Restaurant in Brookeville, where she was a manager at the time, authorities announced on Tuesday.

According to the Montgomery County Department of Police, the victim dined at the restaurant and mistakenly left their credit card behind.

Days later, the victim’s bank flagged several fraudulent purchases, and the subsequent investigation revealed that Chambers had allegedly used the card for those transactions.

Detectives are now investigating whether there may be additional victims.

Authorities are urging anyone who believes they may also be a victim to contact detectives by calling (240) 773-5476.
